SUPPORT OUR PARKS and projects
Help us close the funding gap
From bike trails and sports fields, to meeting spaces and ocean views, Portland’s diverse system of parks add so much to the community for Mainers and visitors alike. The parks not only enhance the quality of life for the people of Portland, Maine, but they also serve to protect the environment, and promote the economic well-being of the city by providing affordable recreational and health benefits to the public.
Like many communities, however, there is a significant funding gap between the dollars required and the dollars that can be allocated for parks and recreation support, maintenance, and enhancement. It’s our goal to close that gap.
Even a small donation will help us enhance our beautiful parks and support important community programs. If you are interested in donating, you can send a check to:

Pine Cone Circle
The Pine Cone Circle is a core group of donors who support Portland’s parks with annual giving totaling $1,000 or more. Like pine cones that nurture the seeds within, members of the Pine Cone Circle support the very foundation of the Conservancy’s work—helping Portland’s parks grow and thrive.
