Fort Gorges, a unique and historic City-owned fort seated on an island in Portland Harbor, requires extensive preservation work. Come learn about the current condition of the fort, the work of the Friends of Fort Gorges, and possible public/private solutions that the City is considering for its care. You will have an opportunity express your own views on the future of the fort.
